Lord Hope of Craighead moved amendment 158A, in clause 56, page 58, line 37, to leave out from “tribunal” to the end of line 3 on page 59 and insert “may grant relief only on the basis that the decision—
(a) was wrong in law, or
(b) proceeded on information about the person’s age which was incomplete, misleading or otherwise so seriously misinformed that no reasonable decision-maker would have relied on it.”
